assets
Selection must be based on business role, architecture, occupancy state and geographic representation.
The named business supplies public context only. Replace all hypothetical copy, demo media and unverified outcome fields before publishing a real case study.
This model is built for investment managers, developers and international agencies that need to communicate a Moroccan property portfolio without turning the film into a sequence of unrelated drone shots.
What a strong case study must prove
Selection must be based on business role, architecture, occupancy state and geographic representation.
Travel and weather risk require route clusters, local fixers and defined fallback assets.
Scale should be explained through use, footfall and tenant context, not only aerial distance.
Retail, healthcare, industry and offices require different permissions, safety and narrative evidence.
Aradei Capital is a public-context example only. The company’s official materials describe a diversified Moroccan portfolio spanning retail, healthcare, industry and offices. A May 2026 company release reported 35 assets in 23 cities and nearly 506,000 m² of gross leasable area as of 31 December 2025.
Those figures make the central production problem clear: the camera cannot document every square metre. The brief needs a sampling logic that allows a small number of assets to represent the portfolio honestly.
Illustrative objective: create an investor-facing portfolio film that demonstrates diversification, active asset management and local relevance while producing modular footage for leasing, ESG reporting and asset-level communication.
The production would not try to make every property look identical. Instead, it would identify the visual evidence unique to each category: access and tenant mix for retail, patient and operational discretion for healthcare, process and safety for industry, and workplace experience for offices.
Audience and distribution
| Audience | Channels | Job the content must do |
|---|---|---|
| Institutional investors | Results presentations, website and meetings | Understand portfolio composition, scale and management approach quickly. |
| Tenants and leasing prospects | Asset pages and sales decks | See access, environment, customer flow and category fit. |
| Financial and business media | Press kits and interviews | Receive accurate, captioned and reusable visual evidence. |
| International partners | English master and localized versions | Understand Morocco-wide operating reach without confusing service coverage with office locations. |
Production constraints
Agree why each filmed asset represents a portfolio characteristic. Avoid implying that one premium property describes the whole portfolio.
Classify logos, storefronts, people and restricted areas before filming. Obtain permissions for recognisable tenants and staff.
Treat aviation approval, property approval and production approval as separate dependencies. Create a ground-based visual alternative for every aerial-dependent sequence.
Use one camera, lens, colour and data protocol across units, while allowing each asset to keep its actual identity.
Link each number to an approved reporting date and source. Never combine current visuals with outdated statistics without disclosure.
Choose the one idea the investor should retain, such as diversification with operational depth, and test every proposed scene against it.
Select locations by category, geography, maturity and evidence value. Record which unfilmed assets are represented by each choice.
Group cities into efficient production legs and reserve weather or permission alternatives within the same geographic cluster.
Film the network scale, the asset environment and the human use of each place. Architecture alone rarely proves commercial relevance.
Deliver a claim register, date-controlled captions, asset IDs, releases, location notes and permitted reuse conditions with the media.
Deliverable architecture
| Deliverable | Illustrative specification | Commercial role |
|---|---|---|
| Portfolio film | 90–150 seconds, English and French masters | Investor relations, corporate website and presentations |
| Asset-category chapters | 4 edits of 25–45 seconds | Retail, healthcare, industrial and office narratives |
| Asset profile clips | 8–12 edits of 10–25 seconds | Leasing pages, LinkedIn and stakeholder updates |
| Photography | 60–100 selects with asset IDs | Reports, presentations, press and leasing |
| Aerial library | Approved clips plus coordinate and permission log | Scale, access and surrounding context |
| Evidence archive | Caption sheet, source date, rights and property contacts | Repeatable international communications |
Temporary media system
Replace with the approved portfolio master or a concise case-study edit. Add a transcript, chaptered description and accurate asset captions.

Replace with an approved final frame that shows a real asset in use and supports the portfolio thesis, not a generic skyline or empty aerial.

Replace with BTS from an asset scout, drone preparation, tenant coordination or multi-site production handover.

Replace with a labelled contact sheet showing several asset categories, geographic range and platform adaptations.
